We bought Polka Dot from our friend Emily Ream in the summer of 2022 as a pasture mate for our retired horse, Parker. We had recently lost our last pony and Parker was very lonely. Polka Dot was kid-safe and mother-approved and knew how to ride and drive so she was the perfect fit for our family. Wes was a little hesitant at first but has really taken to her over the past few months. She is quiet and patient with him and is the perfect first pony for our family. Wes says that he loves walking Polka Dot the most. When asked why he loves Polka Dot, Wes simply says, “…cuz.”
